Christina works exclusively with founders and startup and scaleup exec teams. She has a particular passion for unlocking sustainable founder performance and the leadership transition from founder to C-Suite, having been through the founder journey herself. She is fascinated by how our thoughts hold back our performance which has guided her coaching specialism down the research-backed cognitive-behavioural coaching route.

Prior to weare3Sixty, Christina’s career started with managing brands worth £100 million+ at Nestle, Britvic and Mercedes, responsible for growth and innovation. She then co-founded two SaaS startups. Her first was acquired by Enterprise Nation in 2015 and her second became a Cannes Lions Innovation award winner, growing to operate in multiple countries with large brands including Samsung, Expedia and Vodafone using their tech in their marketing stack.

She is also an Entrepreneurship fellow at UCL, supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs, and launched the first dedicated founder-leadership programme within enterprise education – Building High Impact Founders in 2023.
