Mental health charity Mind has launched a campaign to help small business owners improve their awareness of the pressures that come with starting their own company.Entrepreneurs can take free online courses to understand their mental health and improve their wellbeing. The project is backed by the Royal Foundation, a charity set up by Princes William and Harry, and is supported by the Federation of Small Businesses.

More than three-quarters of founders feel running a business affects their mental health, according to weare3sixty.org, a project set up to support entrepreneurs.

Work-related mental health costs British businesses £26bn a year, according to research by Mind. The most common conditions include anxiety, depression and unmanageable stress.
